Who undertakes CPD?
Everybody undertakes CPD in some form. Increasingly employers are expecting all staff to have personal development plans. CPD is a duty of membership to most professional bodies. An estimated 4m+ professionals working in all sections of society are members of one of the numerous professional bodies undertaking CPD.
